 * I have been asked to bring this to the forum for suggestions as we are reasonably
   lost on what it is we are looking for.
 * Essentially, we are looking for an interactive plugin that will allow a user 
   to submit a file to us by name, title, and type. After it is uploaded, it can
   then be sorted by the same.
 * Here is an example
 * NAME – Led Zepplin
    TITLE – Stairway to Heaven TYPE – midi
 * We would also like to have the ability to rate the files that the user submitted.
   e.g. 1-10.
 * Lastly (I know, it’s asking a lot) we need to be able to filter or at a minimum
   to halt what people are uploading to eliminate porn, .docs, and so on. Basically
   set the extensions of what we will accept.
 * Really hope someone has some guidance out there for us.

 * That’s pretty specific. You may end up having to commission a custom plugin.
