 * Hello Everyone,
    I am having an issue finding a plugin that fits my needs. I 
   need a plugin that will allow me to have users submit data to a form and then
   that data is stored in a database that contains multiple tables.
 * The scenario is this: the company I work for is moving to a wordpress site and
   there are 48 branches to this company, every branch has a login to a special 
   branch page of the site. each branch needs to submit a quarterly “scorecard/ 
   business plan” and then a quarterly report is generated and a year end report.
   all this is done manually using excel but I need a plugin that will allow each
   branch to enter information into a form and then a report could be generated 
   by a query of the database.
 * Anyone know of any plugins that can help?
