Database Plugin

Is there a plug-in to create database fields for users to add to and eventually view using <Search> Fields would have to include drop list for countries and category settings. Plus other fields. We would make entries to the database and and the public would view that database. There are database systems like Caspio, etc, but are not specifically WordPress.
