Database options table gets flooded
-
Since about the 3rd of May the number of entries in the options table of the database is growing with 3 entries per order. See option name examples below:
updraft_lock_wpo_wcpdf_main_semaphore_lock_order_20329_email_customer_completed_order
updraft_lock_wpo_wcpdf_main_semaphore_lock_order_20329_email_customer_processing_order
updraft_lock_wpo_wcpdf_main_semaphore_lock_order_20329_email_new_order
Is this a new feature? Can these entries be removed safely? As this is substantially polluting the options table.

You could disable those logs from PDF Invoices > Advanced > Settings > Enable semaphore logs.
Hope that helps!
I forgot to mention that I already checked that, as this option is disabled and has never been enabled before as well. Actually I have set everything about 6 years ago and never touched the plugin again.

Are you running the latest version of the plugin?
Yes, version 3.8.6.
And latest WordPress & WooCommerce. PHP 8.3.7
Does the log contain any information or is just empty?
They all have a size of 1 and contain the value “0” and autoload is set to “no”
I see. We will create an issue to fix that. I will get back to you as soon as possible.
I have created a PR that will fix this issue, it could take some time to get merged tho. You can follow the progress there.
Thank you for the quick response and updates.
