Database not updating quiz text options

Sent in as a support ticket:

Hi – I am testing out using this plugin to replace Riddle.com on my site. Overall I’m pleased with the plugin, but I’ve noticed something very odd. I changed my Twitter and Facebook sharing text for the quiz, but when I tested it on the site, it was still the default. When I looked in my database, the social_media_text hadn’t actually updated. Upon closer inspection, it looks like all my changes are being serialised and saved to quiz_settings, but NOT to the individual DB columns. The only way I could get my Twitter and Facebook button to work correctly was to change it directly in the database.

Is that deliberate or a bug? Is a fix coming soon?
