# Database Needs Repair

 * I host my blog and have an ecommerce website on Yahoo Business. Today, I noticed
   all my blog posts gone. My new web developer who is rebuilding the sites design
   and layout has been working for about a month and does not have access to my 
   blog admin as of yet. I also have someone who is actively posting blogs for me
   and has been an administrator for about 8 months without issues. I am trying 
   to troubleshoot but keep getting an error message in the admin side: **One or
   more database tables are unavailable. The database may need to be repaired.**
   
   Is there a recommendation anyone can make? Should I have Yahoo revert or is it
   possible? Any ideas would be much appreciated.

 * Access your WordPress database via phpMyAdmin (most hosting providers offer this
   in their control panel), check all of the tables, and choose “Repair tables” 
   from the pull-down menu.

 * Thank you macmanx. Things are now resolved and everything is back to normal with
   the exception of my heart which is starting to slow to a normal beat. I appreciate
   your advice!
