Database help

I want to make some restriction in database like. when a user register, he enters his name, email, phone number,and address. When some other user tires to get register with the same email, he get an error that this email is already used. I want to make this functionality with phone number and address that when user tries to enter the same address and information, he gets an error. Please let me know how to do that??
