• Hi,

    I have a WordPress installation in the main domain and another WordPress installation in a subdomain.

    For the main website, I receive correctly the database file in the email according to my schedule.

    For the subdomain, I receive the email but without the database file.

    I tried to on/off the option on the main website: “Checking this box will have the backup script backup all tables in your database, even if they are not part of this WordPress site” but nothing happens.

    Two weeks and some change and no answer. This did provide the answer on whether I should purchase the premium version or not. I picked the OR NOT.

    The plugin hosted here in wordpress.org is the free version, the support here should attend the problems of the free version.

    Support for the Pro version is another subject.

    Anyway, I fix it, I don’t know how.
