# Database Error – Three MySQL Databases

 * Hey,
 * I’ve been having a problem with my website gh0stparties.com, it’s coming up with
   the “error establishing a database connection” page often but never when I ask
   a developer to help. I’m not really all that down with this sort of stuff but
   I’m guessing it’s something to do with the details in the WP-Config file as I
   checked and I have three MySQL databases set up… would that explain why it works
   most of the time and yet has the error randomly the rest of the time?
 * Any help or advice would be appreciated, thanks!

 * Hi Kate. Why are you running three different databases? WordPress is set up to
   only run off one for the base installation.

 * I have no idea, I just installed it through the application BlueHost had. I don’t
   know much about this stuff but that’s the only thing I can think of… is it okay
   to screen grab?

 * So I don’t know what to do about the WP-Config file… my blog has been running
   for 3 months and it works but some people say they have to refresh it 5-10 times
   before they can see it.

 * I’d say contact Bluehost and ask them to help you troubleshoot. For a basic blog
   I can’t see a reason to have more than one database.

 * I’ve tried but Bluehost say they have nothing to do with it. I’ve lost so much
   traffic, can anyone help?
    The only thing I can think to do is go back to Blogger.
