 * I just finished downgrading from the latest nightly back to 1.2 and everything
   is just fine except this error under my option in my admin page. See image.

 * I have no problems throughout the site so it doesn’t seen like a big issue but
   I would like to get rid of it.

 * Downgrading is not entirely recommended. As far as I know, you can only downgrade
   if you have a WP v1.2.2 database backup. Then, you just upload the v1.2.2 files
   and restore the backup database. Without that backup, I don’t know of a way to
   properly downgrade. Try running upgrade.php.
