# database error table categories does not exist

 * I have upgraded to version 2.3 and now when I try to manage feeds I get this 
   error message:-
 * WordPress database error: [Table ‘bigarte_wordpress.wp_categories’ doesn’t exist]
   
   select cat_ID, cat_name from wp_categories
 * Is there an easy way to resolve this please? Thanks in advance.

 * With WordPress 2.3, the wp_categories table no longer exists.
 * Deactivated your plugins, then make sure you have a 2.3 compatible theme and 
   plugins.

 * Thanks Michael. Looks like an incompatibility issue with a plugin. Hope the author
   releases an update soon.
