Database Error since 1.6.2

Hi,
When I try to create a new project with social networks none of the networks seem to “stick” when I save it. I am working on Desktop Server and the same problem also came up on a staging site as well, it appears to be an issue ever since I updated to 1.6.2. This is the error I am getting when I turn on debug:

I tried switching themes to 2015, and deactivated all of my plugins to double-check and the problem is still there.

I also deleted the plugin and manually erased the following tables from the database and that didn’t help:
wp_supsystic_ss_networks, wp_supsystic_ss_projects, wp_supsystic_ss_project_networks, wp_supsystic_ss_shares, and wp_supsystic_ss_views

Then I reinstalled the plugin and the same problem is there.

Any thoughts?
