After deleting the plugin and reinstalling the zip file from your site the same error occurred. It took some time to get the site back up to make this clean install. I have admin privileges FTP access to the database. Do I need to delete the NextGEN folder when in the Plugins folder to allow for a manual safe install? I had no errors until I uploaded the Zip file with no problems and activated in the site. Now I’m dead again. What do I need to manually change to allow this plugin to load? I have a large number of photos and I also have the NextGEN Pro installed that is a separate plugin. It’s trying to add the column all the time.
