database error – nextgen-gallery

    I got this error when i updated nextgen-gallery. i see all my galleries on my server, but when i got to view them in my album, they’re not showing up. anyone know what i need to do to fix this error?

    WordPress database error: [Table ‘wp_ngg_gallery’ is marked as crashed and should be repaired]
    ALTER TABLE wp_ngg_gallery ADD slug VARCHAR(255) NOT NULL AFTER name

    Could not add column slug in table wp_ngg_gallery
