 * Since the update I have received the following error:
 * [08-Mar-2016 23:23:39 UTC] WordPress database error Duplicate entry ‘c0bef52615d91bd11fa13d47bfd20063’
   for key ‘PRIMARY’ for query INSERT INTO xxx_domain_mapping_logins ( `id`, `user_id`,`
   blog_id`, `t` ) VALUES( ‘c0bef52615d91bd11fa13d47bfd20063’, 0, 5, NOW() ) made
   by require(‘wp-load.php’), require_once(‘/home/xxxx/wp-config.php’), require_once(‘
   wp-settings.php’), do_action(‘init’), call_user_func_array, ITSEC_Lockout->check_lockout,
   ITSEC_Lockout->execute_lock, wp_logout, do_action(‘wp_logout’), call_user_func_array,
   remote_logout_loader
 * I am now have a white screen in the admin area. Anyone know how to sort this?

 * Yes,
    For some reason the domain_mapping_logins table isn’t clearing out. I thought
   it may have something to do with ITSECs logging. I was able to eliminate the 
   error by emptying the table, but if there is a correlation, I thought it’d be
   good to check in here.

 * Same errors on my multi site.
    Any solution?
