 * Sorry to see that this is an issue for you right now! This is not normal at all.
 * Curiously your table prefixes do not match there, I wonder why that could be?
   z4353453_ez.xyz_ is not the same as yehi6_ which is why it fails to add the entry
   to the log.
 * Do you know if the prefix was changed at some point? Or if the site is running
   as part of a WordPress multisite install?
 * Are you able to check the database yourself to see what the prefix is and if 
   the table (prefix)_pvb_visitor_action_log exists, and if the prefix matches that
   of what it is set to in your wp-config.php

 * I just changed the DB name and prefix here for my safety.
