I think a quick solution should be to deactivate the plugin and then reactivate it. This will create the missing table. * The table is only used to log events that the plugin captures, it does not help with managing media files, so its absence will not affect your project (except the error). * Of course, it would be interesting to find out why it is missing. It is also displayed as externally hosted. * When editing the file in the Media Library, check what information is in the “ External File” box. You should also be able to change the hosting of the file there. * If you re-insert the URL, you should also be able to see in the log what exactly was done with it. Under Settings > External Files > Advanced you can also change the log mode so that everything is logged. As you can only see this if you have segment open, you won’t notice it when you simply paste in a URL.
