Database error

Hi,
I am running divi by elegant themes. I have built the web site (champierclarke.co.uk)
i was trying to modify the web address in word press settings when my computer went funny and managed to crash. I now cant log in to wp admin area as i get this message (One or more database tables are unavailable. The database may need to be repaired) then i get the following message
To allow use of this page to automatically repair database problems, please add the following line to your wp-config.php file. Once this line is added to your config, reload this page.

I have read through various step by step guides and am frankly lost, any help very Welcome. Thanks Rob
