  • Help, I awoke this morning to find the following message displayed at the top of my blog screen and in the manage area of control panel.

    WordPress database error: [Got error 28 from table handler]
    SELECT * FROM wp_posts WHERE 1=1 AND (post_status = “publish” OR post_author = 1 AND post_status != ‘draft’ AND post_status != ‘static’) GROUP BY wp_posts.ID ORDER BY post_date DESC LIMIT 0, 15

    When I retired last night all was well, I haven’t tinkered with anything, and the last post was 24 hours ago which published without trouble.
    Any ideas?

    Error 28 is a hosting error only they can fix.
    Email that message to them and they should fix it.

    It has nothing whatsoever to do with WP 🙂
