   in your database connection details
 * Can anyone give this newbie a hand here? I’m unsure exactly what to change and

 * First make an exact copy of wp-config-sample.php to a new file called wp-config.
   php.
    Via shell: `cp wp-config-sample.php wp-config.php` Then edit the contents
   of wp-config.php to your personal settings.

 * Sorry to ask more questions…but I’m switching to WordPress from MT since MT no
   longer works and I can’t figure out how on earth to fix it. But this instruction
   has me baffeled!
 * What “personal settings”??
    I get how to open, change and save the file named
   wp-config-sample.php…but I don’t know what my personal settings are…is that pathetic?

   of my blog??) _

   user name I want?? or is this the user name to access my files …the space purchased

 * Do you have a database? If yes, was it created by your host? In this case they
   should provide you with all the necessary details.
    If it is/was created by you–
   then you should know the 4 pieces of info you need to fill in.

 * I’m sorry, folks…you’re probably assuming I know more than I know.
