You’re screwed. Sorry. Backing up is the most important part of maintaining your wordpress. You might want to ask your host if they backup the databases — which I doubt they do. It doesn’t hurt to ask.

Through email, or a trouble ticket in their help area on their website, or call them. Who’s your host?

But if you can’t even recall who host your website, then maybe WordPress.org isn’t for you.
Go to WordPress.com, blogger or whatever. They’ll manage backups and stuff for you. All you have to do is worry about getting the content up.
