# Database Connection Error

 * Earlier today my WP-based site was working perfectly. I’m now, however, being
   told that there is a databse connection error (when trying to access index.php
   and login.php). Everything in wp-config.php is fine.
    Should I assume that this
   is a server side error (ie. a problem with my host and not WordPress itself)?
