    i am getting some problem in website [shypal.com](http://shypal.com) some
   time it shows me Database Connection Error. Shypal is [techblog](http://shypal.com/category/mobile/).
   sometime is works fine but sometime it shows this error while open the website.
   it just ruin my all work and traffic. please tell me any soultion for this.

   be mysql was down at that time.
