 * The plugin does exactly what is it supposed to do. It has not, to this point,
   caused me any problems with the DB after doing cleaning and optimizing. I do 
   backup my DB before using the plugin just in case as well as the fact the plugin
   developers also recommend doing so.
 * I definately recommend getting the Pro version of this plugin as it gives you
   access to being able to determine what plugins go to what tables has been a wonderful
   part of the plugin.
 * The plugin is styled clean with a great layout of the options.
 * The other major factor in using this plugin has been the ability to see what 
   is being loaded in the options table for WordPress. It gives you a clean look
   at what is being loaded and the ability to turn the options off, on, or automatic.
   It helps with the optimizing of the site load up.

 * The newest version of the plugin works wonderful. It has a better layout of the
   plugin with the extra options it has for cleaning out the DB.
