# database backup

 * I found 2 docs on codex on backing up database with one discrepancy. One document
   says to tick the Data checkbox only in the data section and leave the others 
   unticked, and the other document says to also tick “complete inserts” box. Which
   one is correct? My phpmyadmin version is 2.11.9.5.

 * I use complete inserts myself.
 * Take a look at the wp-db-backup plugin, which lets you make backups within WP
   without phpmyadmin
