Install a good WP backup plugin. It will back up all the tables in the WP database, including the plugin’s data.

Yes, you can use the “CSV Export” on the “list Participants” page in the admin. You’ll need to configure the fields you want included in the export, the “CSV” must be checked for the field in order for it to be included. This happens in the Manage Database Fields page..
I was interested in a way to automatically download it. Users input the details on to the database, so if there was a power outage or internet problems I would have the latest version hard copy on my Macbook.
OK, under most circumstances that won’t be possible, unless you want to set up your local computer to be available via FTP or SSH. It’s much easier to use a backup plugin to store your backups on another server.
