Database and Postmeta Table Concerns

    WooCommerce populates a lot of its data inside the wp_postmeta table storing everything as meta_key and meta_value. Is this really scalable? I have like 60 rows for every post id. It would get to half a million very soon at this rate! How big are your postmeta tables and can WC scale with such a database structure?
