 * I am in the process of moving my site from a test server over to a new domain.
   I have managed to change the wordpress urls using MySQL but is there a way to
   change all the custom links from your plugin without manually doing them.

 * The custom links are stored as metadata for an image under the name/key “_gallery_link_url.”
   If you run a query to look for that name in the post meta table, you should be
   able to access all those values to do whatever replacing you need.
