 * I have been trying to move my site to a difrent sever for some time now.
 * To start with i was having problems with the database but i think i have fixed
   most of that. I know nothing of web development and as you can see by my site
   its still not running correctly. I also cant get in to the control page for the
   site. If any one might know what might be making my site look like this could
   you please help.

 * i have modified the wp-config file to match the database info so i now don’t 
   get a database not recognized.
