    Hi.

    Since the 7th of october and after updating your plugin we are having an issue with this “data-trpgettextoriginal” appearing on all Woocommerce orders and invoices sent to our customers, which is quite annoying. (now we are running your latest version, and the issues persists)

    we submitted a ticket but we had no answer from you, even though we are paying for the Business version of your plugin.

    Just wondering are you still taking care of this plugin or will you abandon it? Then we can find an alternative.

    Thanks

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out to us!

    I’m sorry for the delay in replying but our work schedule is from Monday to Thursday. It looks like you have created a ticket on the 27th of October – which means that we were unable to get back to you.

    Since we can not offer support related to the Pro version of the plugin on this forum, we will respond to the created ticket as soon as possible.

    Best wishes,
    Dragos

    Hi again,

    Your “pro” support didn’t provide any fix for this issue? Still waiting for an answer!?

    I have a similar issue like op. I’m getting this on the woocommerce orders for the payment method:

    #!trpst#trp-gettext data-trpgettextoriginal=3459#!trpen#Pay by bank link#!trpst#/trp-gettext#!trpen# kaudu

    How to solve this?

    Pumping this thread since this is quite problematic. Please look into this!

    Hi guys, I can see the status “Resolved” for this thread, however, in my website the problem still persists. Do you have a solution to fix it?
