 * Hello,
 * We have been using your plugin for our website and it is amazing! Unfortunately,
   lately we’ve been having issues with the tables loading across all pages that
   use it.
 * Here are a few of the pages that use the tables shortcode:

   [https://elkriver.bank/rates/regular-and-ira-certificates-of-deposit/](https://elkriver.bank/rates/regular-and-ira-certificates-of-deposit/)
   [https://elkriver.bank/personal-accounts/](https://elkriver.bank/personal-accounts/)
 * All of the pages have a spinning black square and nothing loads. I can still 
   edit and see the tables on the backend. Please advise on what I can do to fix
   this.

    The problem is connected with js errors in your theme. In this file [https://elkriver.bank/wp-content/themes/TheFox/js/customjs.js?ver=4.7.2](https://elkriver.bank/wp-content/themes/TheFox/js/customjs.js?ver=4.7.2)
   there are a lot of js errors, you can check this in console of your browser –
   [http://prntscr.com/ecbpme](http://prntscr.com/ecbpme) Due to these errors – 
   scripts of our data tables plugin cannot loading on your site. Therefore tables
   are not working. Please contact your theme developers, they should fix this problem.

 * I’m having the same problem. but I’ve been using your plugin for months and made
   no changes. I haven’t added anything new, not sure why all of a sudden I’d get

   provide link to the page with your data table. I will check what is wrong and
   will help you to solve the issue.
