    Hi,

After a few hours of debugging we have found that when Astra Pro 4.8.12 is activated none of the data inputted in the forms by the user is saved after placing an order. Rolling back to Astra Pro 4.8.11 fixes it the issue. Not sure if it’s Astra’s problem but thought I’d give you a heads up.

    Thanks

I’ve already found and solved the issue, I was just giving you a heads up. The product page link won’t help.

We have tested the specific version on our local end and did not encounter any issues with user-submitted data saving after the order.
Please check if any errors are occurring during the order process on your end with the specific version.

You tested this on Astra Pro 4.8.12?

    Hello @elaraweb & @viveke

I am experiencing the same issue with version 4.8.12 (Pro) of Astra (it was working previously).

I have a page with a required field, but even when it’s filled in, the product cannot be added to the cart. Here is the page: https://artikdo.com/produit/boule-noel-personnalisee/

Hi @viveke, Thank you. I just started the chat.

After communicating with support, the issue is resolved! To fix the encountered issue, they enabled the “Enable ajax add to cart in product detail page” option in the Product Addons settings (Product Addons > Settings > Other settings).
