# Data not saved

 * I cannot save data entered in the settings screens. When I click save, the data
   entered is removed – all is blank again. Also no code output. It looks like a
   jQuery/JavaScript issue/conflict.

 * And also please check if it is a conflict with another plugin or your theme by
   deactivating plugins and using a default theme.

 * Hi Christina,
 * No errors with browser dev tools.
 * Using `Twenty Fifteen` theme w/ ONLY `Inpsyde Google Tag Manager` plugin activated.
 * The issue occurs in both the latest Chrome and Firefox.
 * Please note, my WordPress website is installed in a subdirectory: `/wp/`. I am
   using Trellis/Bedrock/Sage by Roots.
