    Hello,

    Sorry to bother you and I know that this seems to be the only question asked in your support forum. But I was wondering if you could help me work out the problem with no data being pulled through to analytics.

    After having success with your plugin on other clients websites, decided to implement for a clients new site launch as they were now going to be on a platform which your plugin supported (WordPress/Woocommerce). But now the sales data has dropped off.

    This is after following the installation steps, taking care not to tick the “Add Global Site Tracking Code ‘gtag.js'” as gtag.s was already present.

    Thanks for posting us..!!

    We have had a look at your store and observed that the plugin installation is fine.

    Also, we observed that the store – sewdirect.com has multi-currency integration but the basic version of our plugin supports a single currency integration. And due to the multi-currency feature, the tracking via our plugin is not working as expected.

    Further, we could have helped you with the multi-currency compatibility if the mode of communication would have been different one as we cannot share the required information on the forum due to the WordPress policies.
