    Hi @alycea,

    We first looked at the plugin’s settings and found they are correct.

    Then we did a test shopping journey until the checkout page but couldn’t make it to the thankyou page due to payment restrictions.

    Below are our observation points:

      The page view of each page is getting tracked successfully.
      Data at the product_detail_page, add_to_cart, cart_page, remove_from_cart and checkout_page are getting tracked successfully(screenshot for reference).
      The page view of each page is getting tracked twice. One via Tatvic plugin and another one via GTM. Here to avoid tracking duplicate data please remove tags and triggers in your GTM which are tracking the page view data.

    Just FYI, we can’t ask for your inputs that we need to check the working of the plugin at the thankyou page due to the forum policy.
    We could have validated the working of the plugin at the thankyou page if the communication channel would have been a different one.

    Hi @alycea,

    The posted thankyou page URL structure is not as per the standard WooCommerce and that’s the reason conversion data are not getting captured.

    The standard thankyou page URL structure should be like:

    glwswellbeing.com/checkout/order-received/9876/?key=wc_order_hxxfsgt77Hwa

    We hope this should resolve the conversion tracking issue.
