• Hi, thanks for the plugin. I have used it to add and extra field during a customer’s profile creation. This is in the form of a drop down menu box from which the customer was required to select a value. Unfortunately, I am having two problems, both of which I believe stem from the same issue. when the value selection is mandatory, the profile cannot be created and the user gets an error message. When the value selection is not mandatory, the data selection is not written into the profile on the back-end. In fact, that field is not in the profile at all when I look at a customer’s profile

Sorry for the late reply, we don’t provide a feature for the user to see the details added from the back-end, also you may check the user details in the user_meta table, may be we could add this functionality in the future

Thank you for your response, but I do not understand it or I did not explain my issue well enough.

When using your plugin to create new fields on the Account page, your directions on the right hand side, entitled “How this work?”, the 6th bullet point says, “The fields will appear in my account page, also they appear in edit page.”

This is not happening in my installation. When a new customer fills out the custom fields, which includes making a selection from a drop down menu while creating a new account, the information in the custom fields as well the drop box selection are NOT appearing in the account or edit page.
