 * I have a large set of numeric data that I want to make available to people in
a simplified form. I envision having two pulldown menus. One menu might give
a choice of states. The other menu would give choices of specific information
about states such as government revenues, costs, populations, and per-capita
costs. Once a user selected both menus, the web page would return with the information
for that state, with perhaps information about the average numbers for other
   states.
 * I am comfortable with HTML but not CSS. Is there a WordPress plugin or some other
   simple way of doing this?
