Data Entry at Front-End

Hi dear, I need to know about this plugin that can I use this plugin for my employees so that each employee can add his/her data from front-end on website. I’ve checked documents I found that only admin user can add data of employees. Is there any other way where employees can submit their info on website from front-end.
