I am having an issue with the export of data Easy Digital Downloads plugin. Prior to upgrading to Office 365, I was able to download Activity Reports and Export Download History in CSV. Now the file comes up blank.

Does the data show up if you open it in a plain text editor, such as notepad?

No it does not open in Notepad.

It sounds like your CSV file is actually blank. It’s possible another plugin is affecting the output of the generated Download History CSV. Before you export the CSV, try disabling all other plugins (except Easy Digital Downloads) to see if it has any effect.

The CSV file is blank. I ran this same export a month ago prior to moving to Office 365 and had no problem.

Were you able to try doing the export without any other plugins activated?
