Data column(s) for axis #0 cannot be of type string Error

    I am new to Joomla and have tried to insert the Analytics Dashboard from Clicky. I am receiving the above error when opening the dashboard to view the chart. I can see that others have resolved this issue but can’t find out how. I have tried browsing pages for a few minutes, then waiting to see if anything changes but I still receive the error. If I close the error and click Today, the dashboard closes. Have I missed a step somewhere in installation and setup? As far as I’m aware my Site ID and Site Key are correct.
