Data base configuration error

Hello,
We tried to configure the database of our website federacaoflorestal.pt and got an error. We have already checked the database names and passwords, but have not been successful.

The error is as follows:

Error establishing a connection to the database
This could mean that the database username and password you entered in your wp-config.php file are not correct, or that you cannot connect to the database server on localhost (which could indicate that the server is down).

Are you sure that the username and password are correct?
Are you sure you have entered the correct server name?
Are you sure that the database server is working?
