# Dashboard Will Not Load

 * My dashboard will not load. The site itself is running just fine. The dashboard
   was working at 12:30, the last time I used it. I didn’t do anything out of the
   ordinary — no plugins, etc…
 * And now I just get a blank screen.
 * Any help would be appreciated. I have no idea where to start.

 * Deactivate all plugins – you can rename wp-content/plugins folder to e.g. wp-
   content/plugins-x via FTP or cPanel

 * And please excuse my ignorance… but how can I deactivate the plugins if I can’t
   get to my control panel?

 * Ok, thanks. I have no idea what that means so I’ll just forward this thread on
   to my tech person. Was hoping I could solve this without paying, but that’s a
   pipe dream with my (very) limited skills.
