Hi, What functionality does this widget give me? All the controls seem to be disabled.

Hi @lordliverpool,
Thanks for reaching out! When accessing your image, I’m getting this error:
Imgur is temporarily over capacity. Please try again later.When you get a chance, please share it again using a different platform, so that we can assist you further.
Thanks!
@darshanaw thanks for replying.
My fault, I re-uploaded the image to Imgur and made it “public” this time. Link here:So I was wondering what this widget on my websites dashboard actually did? as all of its controls seem to be disabled.
Thanks.My apologies, the new Imgur link doesn’t seem to be working either. Oh the joys of freemium software!
I’ve uploaded it again to ImgBB. Link here:https://ibb.co/250k7Rh
Hope this link works.Thanks.
Hi @lordliverpool,
Thank you for the screenshot! You’re referring to the WP Mail SMTP dashboard widget, which helps you view a summary of your email logs directly from your dashboard.
If you’re using the free version, you can see the number of emails sent since the plugin was installed (or you can filter for the last 7, 14, or 30 days). You’ll also see notifications, such as if your emails failed in the last 30 days.
If you have the Pro version and have enabled the email logging feature, you can see a graph like this: screenshot.
For more information about the dashboard widget, please review this guide: WP Mail SMTP Dashboard Widget Guide.
I hope this helps. Thanks!
@darshanaw Thanks for replying.
Would it be fair to say that unless I upgrade to the Pro version it doesnt really do anything?
That its more of a browser nag/advertisement.Hi @lordliverpool,
Thank you for your feedback. As I mentioned earlier, even the free version provides valuable notifications, such as alerts for failed emails in the past 30 days, which can be helpful for some users.
However, if you find that you’re not planning to use these features, you can disable the dashboard widget. To do so, please navigate to WP Mail SMTP -> Settings -> Misc section, and enable the “Hide Dashboard Widget” option. Don’t forget to save the changes.
I hope this helps. Thanks!
@darshanaw OK thanks.
