 * My site updated to 3.8.2 just yesterday. Now on trying to update some of the
pages I get one of the following three results when the page loads:
 * 1) Nothing. A blank white page.
    2) A normal looking dashboard page except that
none of the text or images on the page I am editing are visible, nor can they
be selected 3) An incomplete load of the page (the kind where a lot more text
is visible, and scrolling takes about 20x longer to go from the top to the bottom.
No bars on the left or right, everything is long document to scroll through) –
when this happens I can see and edit the text on the page, however I cannot insert
any media. When I saw this page it always included the “you have been disconnected”
message with the other details about trying to save a version…
 * Each of the 3 outcomes above seems to have about a 33% chance of occurring. After
intermittently re-loading the page for about 20 minutes I hit upon the 1% chance
where the page loaded completely, and fully functional. After successfully updating
everything I wanted to work on, I went to check my email and saw that over a
dozen site database backups had been triggered in that 20 minute window, and
I don’t know what to make of that, either.
 * On the front end, the website looks perfectly fine.

 * First, try manually upgrading it yourself in case something went wrong during
upgrade. If that doesn’t fix it then you most likely have some kind of plugin
incompatibility issue. In which case you can turn them all off, make an update
and see if all is fixed. If it is, then start enabling them one by one and make
an update and when you see the issue arise again, then you will know which plugin
is the culprit. Then you can turn them all back on except the problematic one.
