Dashboard still shows 2.03 after upgrade | WordPress.org

Hello,

I uploaded the upgrade files to v2.04 but the Dashboard still shows 2.03.

Any ideas?

Did you run wp-admin/upgrade.php?

OOps!

Now Im getting this:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: wp_get_referer() in /home/httpd/vhosts/mysite.co.uk/httpdocs/wp-admin/upgrade.php on line 70

Ive reuploaded the admin folder but i still get the same problem.

Hate to do this to you, but can you delete and re-upload wp-includes/?
