# Dashboard problem – not showing!

 * Hi guys
 * I’m pretty new to WP – but today I have a problem with one of my sites.
 * I had set up the dashboard to have google analytics on there along with recent
   posts etc.
 * But I have logged in today and everything has gone! Also the ‘screen options’
   link top right doesnt let me click on it!
 * Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can fix it?

 * Try these steps:
    – deactivate all plugins and see if the problem persists. If
   it solves the problem, activate plugins one by one until you find the problematic
   one – revert to Twenty Twelve theme and see if the issue is theme-specific – 
   delete any inactive plugins – [reinstall WordPress manually](http://codex.wordpress.org/Updating_WordPress#Manual_Update)
   from a freshly downloaded copy **except** wp-content. Do not overwrite files/
   folders but delete them before reinstalling.
 * Use FTP or your hosting control panel if you cannot access dashboard.
    Backup
   your site including database so that you can restore in case anything goes wrong.

 * Ok, It is one of the plug ins – this is the problem one:

 * Delete it. If you feel it is required, download a fresh copy and install it.

 * I have just deleted, and reinstalled it, and it is doing it again!
 * Will this just be a problem with the plug in?
