• All of a sudden WordPress (Directorypress theme) dashboard is now displaying as a list. I cannot upload images, plugins or make changes to widgets.
Have de-activated plugins – no change
Have tried Safari, Firefox, Chrome – no change
Have requested theme provider to look into problem – can’t find any problem at their end think it is a wordpress css issue.
Same site setup working correctly on localhost:8888/
Using latest version of wordpress and theme

    Any suggestions

    Thanks
    Graeme

  • Clear local browser cache (yup, all of them).

I did clear local browser caches – no change.
I wonder if I wasn’t clear enough in the post – problem is on the hosted site not local.
I am using same site on both with the local one working correctly.
Could this mean it is a server side problem?

    Thanks for the quick response.

I am using same site on both with the local one working correctly.

Please also clear DNS and review how to get DNS now to resolve properly a local site vs one hosted elsewhere…

Thanks again but I don’t think we are on the same wavelength, or am I reading it wrong.

Disregard the website running on my localhost:8888/ on my mac. it’s for developing/testing and is fine.

The problem is the site (foodsfromoz.com.au) hosted on crazy domains.com.au.
The website is working correctly but the backend dashboard is not (it has been).
It displays as a vertical listing and does not allow me to make changes, uploading or widgets
