Dashboard not displaying images

    Whenver I log into my dashboard the images do not appear and instead I see a red x. It doesn’t matter which browser I attempt to use the outcome is still the same. I have reinstalled the latest versions countless times to no avail. I’m hoping that someone can help.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems?

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin? Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    I have deactivated all plugins and switched to the default theme and the problem still persists.
