 * Try a manual re-install of the WordPress files (though since we cannot SEE the
   back end of your site, it’s hard to do more than guess).
 * I would also turn off all my plugins.

   there is no dashboard there below tools.

 * **Never** post login details in a public forum. I strongly recommend that you
   change your password immediately.
 * You can carry out a manual re-upload of all files & folders – **except** the 
   wp-content folder – using [FTP](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients) or whatever
   file management application your host provides.
 * You can also [deactivate all plugins](http://codex.wordpress.org/FAQ_Troubleshooting#How_to_deactivate_all_plugins_when_not_able_to_access_the_administrative_menus.3F)
   by FTP.

 * Yes i do know how to Ftp into my server and I do know how to use file manager.
   I installed wordpress with fantastico.
 * To be more specific I do not know where the **exact **files are that I am supposed
   to upload. And I do not know exactly **where** to upload them to.
