Dashboard Malfunctioning

Okay, so my problem is that when I go into the dashboard the page I get looks like this ( click here for error screenshot ).

I have absolutely no idea how to fix it. I’ve actually had it happen once before, but I reinstalled wordpress shortly after.

I can still click the links and try to add new pages and posts, but it’s very hard to try and figure out what I’m doing since everything is in one column.
